For the purposes of this Policy the terms "we," "us," "our Company," "Data Controller," and "Company" refer to GAMEPROTOCOL Ltd. and all of our affiliates. "Data Subject" and "You" refers to you, as a user of this site.This Privacy Policy explains how GAMEPROTOCOL (“GAMEPROTOCOL” or “we”) uses personal and other types of information we collect from you when you visit us at gameprotocol.io (the “Site”). This policy does not apply to the practices of companies not owned or controlled by GAMEPROTOCOL or to people whom GAMEPROTOCOL does not employ or manage. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use our Site and the Services. Your access to and use of the Site and Services is also subject to the Terms of Use. All terms not defined here are defined in the Terms of Use.
Types of Information We Collect:
1. Personal Information: We collect personal information you provide to us when you create an account. Such personal information consists of: your full name, username, email address, your address, ID, country of residence, age, credit card and bank information (without the CVV code), details of any requests or transactions you make through the eService, and communications you send to us or submit to the Site (“Personal Information”) The processing of personal data shall always be in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and in accordance with the country-specific data protection regulations applicable to us. By means of this data protection declaration, we would like to inform the general public of the nature, scope, and purpose of the personal data we collect, use and process. Furthermore, data subjects are informed, by means of this data protection declaration, of the rights to which they are entitled.
2. Aggregate and Anonymous Data: Aggregate and anonymous data is information that does not identify you specifically, including data collected automatically when you enter our Site (“Non-Personal Data”). How We Use Personal Information and Non-Personal Data
We use Personal Information and Non-Personal Data to:

When and Why We Disclose Personal Information and Non-Personal Data

If you are a Project Creator, you will be asked to verify your identity before the project beginning. Every Project Creator’s verified name will be publicly displayed on their profile and on any projects they launch.We may share Non-Personal Data with analytics companies to learn information about how our users interact with the Site. This enables us to optimize the Service and improve our efforts. See also “Third Party Analytics” below. We will never sell your Personal Information or Non-Personal Data.
Your Choices
You can opt-out of receiving our emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in each such email or by contacting us at contact@gameprotocol.io. You can modify or delete the Personal Information you have provided to us by logging in and updating your profile. We will retain your information only for as long as needed to provide you the Services or as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.Security of Personal InformationWe employ generally accepted industry standards to protect your personal information and we continuously strive to protect your information and privacy as much as we can. Unfortunately, no data transmission over Wi-Fi or the Internet can be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us online.Third Party AnalyticsThis Privacy Policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information by GAMEPROTOCOL. We may use analytics services to help us analyze the information we have collected from you.
